How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect only for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Responding to enquiries — to reply to messages submitted through our contact form or sent by email
  • Providing consulting services — to deliver the cloud, AI, and web development services you engage us for
  • Communication — to send you relevant updates, proposals, or follow-ups related to your engagement or enquiry

We will never use your information for purposes that are incompatible with the reasons for which it was originally collected, without obtaining your prior consent.

04

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers

We may engage trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating our website and delivering services. These include:

  • Formspree, Inc. — we use Formspree to handle contact form submissions. When you submit our contact form, your name, email address, and message are transmitted to Formspree's US-based servers, which then forward the submission to our email inbox. You can review Formspree's Privacy Policy and their Data Processing Agreement for details.
  • Zoho Mail — we use Zoho Mail (operated by Zoho Corporation) as our email platform for receiving and managing client enquiries and communications. Zoho's mail infrastructure operates on US-based servers. Any information you share with us by email or contact form is received into and stored within our Zoho Mail inbox. You can review Zoho's Privacy Policy and their Data Processing Agreement for details.
  • Web hosting provider — for serving our website and storing server logs

All service providers are contractually required to handle your data securely and only as instructed by us.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Technologia Services, our clients, or the public.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have regarding your information.

05

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website is a static, lightweight site with no advertising networks, no social media tracking pixels, and no third-party analytics scripts embedded in the page.

What We Use

  • No analytics cookies — we do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tracking services
  • No advertising cookies — we do not run retargeting or advertising campaigns that require cookie tracking
  • Session memory — your browser's standard session behaviour may temporarily retain your language preference (EN/AR/HE) while you browse, but no persistent cookie is stored

Third-Party Links

Our website contains links to third-party platforms such as LinkedIn and WhatsApp. Clicking those links will take you to sites governed by their own privacy policies, over which we have no control. We encourage you to review those policies before interacting with those services.

06

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law.

  • Contact form enquiries — retained for up to 3 years to allow us to reference prior communications in the event of a follow-up engagement
  • Active client correspondence — retained for the duration of the engagement and up to 7 years thereafter, to meet legal and contractual obligations
  • Server logs — automatically purged after 90 days

When personal data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

07

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

Right of Access Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to Rectification Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
Right to Erasure Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
Right to Object Object to the processing of your data for specific purposes.
Right to Restrict Processing Request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
Right to Data Portability Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (where applicable).

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at hello@technologia.me. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

If you are an EU/EEA resident and believe we have not addressed your concern adequately, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

08

International Data Transfers

Israel — EU/EEA Adequacy

Technologia Services is based in Israel, which the European Commission has recognised as providing an adequate level of data protection for personal data originating from the EU/EEA. This means that transfers of personal data from the EU/EEA to us in Israel are permitted without the need for additional safeguards under Article 45 GDPR.

Transfers to the United States

Two of our service providers are US-based, meaning personal data you submit is transferred to and processed on US servers:

  • Formspree, Inc. — processes contact form submissions before forwarding them to our inbox. Formspree's DPA incorporates EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Commission Implementing Decision 2021/914) as the transfer mechanism under GDPR Article 46(2)(c). See formspree.io/legal/dpa.
  • Zoho Corporation — hosts our email inbox where form submissions and client communications are stored. Zoho's DPA likewise incorporates EU Standard Contractual Clauses as the transfer mechanism. See zoho.com/privacy/dpa.html.

The United States does not benefit from a general adequacy decision from the European Commission. Both providers operate under published DPAs and commit to processing data solely to deliver the contracted service, with no secondary use or sale.

09

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against accidental loss, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include:

  • HTTPS encryption for all website traffic
  • Access controls limiting who can view client communications
  • Secure, password-protected email systems
  • Minimal data collection — we only store what is necessary

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please notify us immediately at hello@technologia.me.

10

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are directed exclusively at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we may have collected such information, please contact us at hello@technologia.me.

11

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice (for example, by updating the date prominently or contacting you directly if we hold your email address).
