Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website is a static, lightweight site with no advertising networks, no social media tracking pixels, and no third-party analytics scripts embedded in the page.
What We Use
- No analytics cookies — we do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tracking services
- No advertising cookies — we do not run retargeting or advertising campaigns that require cookie tracking
- Session memory — your browser's standard session behaviour may temporarily retain your language preference (EN/AR/HE) while you browse, but no persistent cookie is stored
Third-Party Links
Our website contains links to third-party platforms such as LinkedIn and WhatsApp. Clicking those links will take you to sites governed by their own privacy policies, over which we have no control. We encourage you to review those policies before interacting with those services.
06

- Server logs — automatically purged after 90 days
When personal data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
07
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at hello@technologia.me. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
If you are an EU/EEA resident and believe we have not addressed your concern adequately, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
08
International Data Transfers
Israel — EU/EEA Adequacy
Technologia Services is based in Israel, which the European Commission has recognised as providing an adequate level of data protection for personal data originating from the EU/EEA. This means that transfers of personal data from the EU/EEA to us in Israel are permitted without the need for additional safeguards under Article 45 GDPR.
Transfers to the United States
Two of our service providers are US-based, meaning personal data you submit is transferred to and processed on US servers:
- Formspree, Inc. — processes contact form submissions before forwarding them to our inbox. Formspree's DPA incorporates EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Commission Implementing Decision 2021/914) as the transfer mechanism under GDPR Article 46(2)(c). See formspree.io/legal/dpa.
- Zoho Corporation — hosts our email inbox where form submissions and client communications are stored. Zoho's DPA likewise incorporates EU Standard Contractual Clauses as the transfer mechanism. See zoho.com/privacy/dpa.html.
The United States does not benefit from a general adequacy decision from the European Commission. Both providers operate under published DPAs and commit to processing data solely to deliver the contracted service, with no secondary use or sale.
09
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against accidental loss, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include:
- HTTPS encryption for all website traffic
- Access controls limiting who can view client communications
- Secure, password-protected email systems
- Minimal data collection — we only store what is necessary
While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please notify us immediately at hello@technologia.me.
10
Children's Privacy
Our website and services are directed exclusively at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we may have collected such information, please contact us at hello@technologia.me.
11
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice (for example, by updating the date prominently or contacting you directly if we hold your email address).
